Compounds represented by the general formula (I), salts thereof, or solvatesof both; and drugs: (I) wherein Ar1 is phenyl which may have one to threesubstituents or an unsubstituted 5- or 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic group;Ar2 is (i) unsubstituted phenyl, (ii) phenyl substituted with loweralkyl having one to three groups or atoms selected from among carbamoyl, amino,hydroxyl, lower alkoxy, and halogeno, or (iii) a 5- or 6-membered nitrogenousaromatic heterocyclic group substituted with one to three groups or atoms selectedfrom among lower alkyl, lower alkynyl, lower alkanoyl, carbamoyl, cyano, amino,hydroxyl, lower alkoxy, and halogeno; and X is a group represented by the generalformula (II) (wherein the ring is a 4- to 7-membered heterocycle which may containas a constituent atom one heteroatom selected from among nitrogen, oxygen, andsulfur in addition to the nitrogen atom given in the general formula (II) and whichmay be substituted with one to four groups or atoms selected fro m among lower alkyl,carbamoyl, amino, hydroxyl, lower alkoxy, oxo, lower alkanoyl, lower alkylsulfonyl,and halogeno).
