FIELD: electrical engineering; electrical-machine brush-holder yokes. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed electrical-machine brush-holder yoke has current-carrying post with radial slots, removable brush holders, each incorporating body with brush seats, and locking cleat hinged to body and provided with insulated grip pulled off body by spring; additional contact strip secured on brush-holder body and electrically insulated from the latter functions to provide for placing brush holders in radial slots of current-carrying post; strip has side limiters and insulated grip; locking cleat is bent in arc-shaped manner for fixing on thrust rod of current-carrying post of brush-holder yoke; insulated grips of contact strip and locking cleat have ergonomically shaped projections and shielding noses for hands; wavy laminated spring disposed on contact strip is inserted together with the latter into radial slot of yoke current-carrying post. ^ EFFECT: enlarged current loads on brush gear, enhanced current-collecting contact reliability, and improved performance characteristics. ^ 1 cl, 6 dwg |
