Interior construction materials are provided to minimize impact noise by absorbing impact when impact load is added from the outside while an embossing is inserted to the inside of a groove, to improve soundproofing, moisture-proofing and heat insulating effects by installing on the bottom and wall of an indoor space and to keep indoor environment pleasant by using environment-friendly materials as main materials. The interior construction materials(100) are manufactured by injecting an admixture of 60 weight percent vermiculite powder, 35 weight percent pulp and 5 weight percent natural adhesives into a mold and pressurizing at 200~300‹C. The interior construction materials contain many grooves(110) formed on the top in the latticed shape and many embossings(120) projected on the bottom correspondingly to the grooves, and the projecting height of the embossing is formed to be thinner than the depth of the groove. If the interior construction materials are piled up in multiple layers, the embossing is inserted to the inside of the groove partially, therefore if it is applied with pressure vertically from the outside, the embossing inserted to the groove is pressurized elastically to absorb the external load elastically. |
