FIELD: meat industry, in particular, mold for pressing of meat blocks. ^ SUBSTANCE: mold has side walls which are arranged so that each two opposite walls are approaching one another in the vicinity of their bases. Due to such arrangement of walls, open upper part has increased sizes as compared to base sizes. Wave-shaped ribs are provided in base of mold, said wave-shaped ribs being arranged in alternation with slots.
