The device has a cabin with controls, controls position pick-ups simulation unit of tracked vehicle running speed governor motion-picture projector tape advance mechanism, screen, frame quantity transducer, pulse shaper, the first pulse counter, function selector switch having two positions "program" and "Operation" the second memory unit, the second pulse counter, the first memory unit, ground type set-point device, switching unit and the frame quantity set-point device. Selecting by turn the film frame number with the aid of the set-point device and switching on the ground type corresponding to it with the aid of the set-point device, programming of the whole film is performed. Depending on the position of the controls that are exposed by the drives being trained, and on the code of the ground type, a signal proportional to the tracked vehicle speed is formed.
