A natural turf mat for exercising golf and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to remarkably decrease divots by growing natural turf in a state of entangled roots of the natural turf with a fastening layer. The natural turf mat includes a rectangular frame(10) having a desired size, an adhesive layer(30) applied on an upper surface of the rectangular frame with silicon, a turf layer(20) implanted natural turf on the adhesive layer, and a fastening layer(40) installed between the adhesive layer and the turf layer. The fastening layer is formed in a mesh shape for preventing the turf from being escaped from the turf layer. |
