A climb hold for artificial rock wall is provided to prevent the climb hold from being broken or cracked by integrally forming a flange and a groove even through a bolt is excessively fastened. The climb hold includes an engaging hole(12) formed on a central portion of the climb hold and a groove(14) formed on an outer peripheral surface of the engaging hole and having an inner diameter which is enlarged when a bolt(20) is inserted. A metal pipe(100) is inserted into the engaging hole for covering an inner peripheral surface of the engaging hole in a length corresponding to that of the engaging hole. Plural bosses(110) are outwardly formed on an outer peripheral surface of the metal pipe for preventing movement of the inserted metal pipe in a longitudinal direction.
