A method for efficient channel access using a partial error detection code in a centralized wireless communication system and a computer readable recording media are provided to increase usability of network resource by detecting accuracy of network package transmission. In a method for detecting accuracy of network package transmission, a wireless communication system includes at least a transmitter part and a receiver part. The transmitter part transmits data to the receiver part through a channel, and the data includes a SDU(Service Data Unit). The transmitter part divides the SDU into a number of PDU(Protocol Data Unit)(12). The transmitter part calculates an error detection relation equation as to each PDU and then stores a first check bit in a header of the PDU. The transmitter part transmits the PDU to the receiver part. The receiver part receives the PDU in sequence(22), and calculates a second check bit of each PDU according to the error detection relation equation(24). The receiver part compares the first check bit in the header of each PDU with the second check bit(26). When the first check bit does not coincide with the second check bit, the receiver part transmits a message of stopping the transmission of the PDU to the receiver part to the transmitter part(28).
