A control circuit board for an air heater is provided to improve operation reliability of the air heater by preventing a lead plate from being melted or short-circuited due to an excessive current flow. Upper and lower surfaces of a board(10) are penetrated through pin holes(12). The pin holes are spaced from one another by a constant distance. Lead plates(20,21) having predetermined width and thickness are fixed on the upper and lower surfaces of the board. The lead plates are connected to each other by using a lead through the pin hole. A fixing hole(15) is formed, so that the upper and lower surfaces of the board are connected to each other. A lead line(51) of a circuit device(50) is inserted into the fixing hole. The circuit device is fixed on the lead plate by soldering.
