A beach cleaner is provided to cut down management costs by mounting a replaceable striking rod or rake, and to securely remove foreign matters from sand by overlapping the striking rod and the rake. A beach cleaner includes a truck(10) having a frame(14) with a towing part(12) pulled by a tractor(T) and a couple of wheels(16), a rake(20) collecting foreign matters from the beach with rake ribs, a rotor(30) having plural striking rods radially arranged around a rotating shaft and moving foreign matters filtered by the rake backward by rotating, a waste loading part(40) collecting waste from the rotor and a sand dusting unit between the frame and an elastic body and a hydraulic cylinder vibrating the sand dusting unit, a cover part(50) having a cover closing the waste loading part and a safety lid surrounding the rotor in front of the cover, and a waste discharge part(60) discharging waste from the waste loading part. The beach cleaner is repaired and maintained easily by respectively replacing an end of the worn rake rib.
