A constructing structure and an installing method thereof are provided to place a bath tub by interposing an upper plate on a frame and a bracket and to install a bath tub without a separate cutting work. The constructing structure of a bath tub includes a bath tub(10), a frame(20), first and second brackets(30A), first and second upper plates(40A,40B) and a fixing apron(50A) and an inspection apron(50B). In the frame(20), a vertical frame(24) is integrally welded to be arranged in the shape of "L" on one edge of a horizontal frame(23). The first and second brackets are coupled on the wall surface of a bath room to correspond to the frame(20) with anchor bolts. The first and second upper plates are fixed on horizontal bars(21a) of the horizontal and vertical frames(23,24) of the frame(20). |
