A complex ultrasonic hydro-therapy apparatus is provided to perform an ultrasonic radiation function and a water swirl function by using an ultrasonic transducer and a water swirl nozzle. The complex ultrasonic hydro-therapy apparatus includes at least one ultrasonic transducer(20) having a piezoelectric sensor which generates ultrasonic wave of desired frequency and an ultrasonic radiating surface(23) which amplifies amplitude of the frequency, a bathtub receiving bathing water and equipped with the ultrasonic transducer on an inner wall surface, and a drive circuit(60) for supplying electric signal to the ultrasonic transducer. A bathing water inlet port is embedded into the inner wall of the bathtub. At least one pump is connected to the bathing water inlet port. The ultrasonic transducer has a water swirl nozzle(24) with a desired diameter connected to the pump.
