A fixing structure of a strap for mounting a fuel tank in a vehicle is provided to improve working efficiency and the durability of the strap, and to contact a fuel tank efficiently by assembling an upper part of the strap with a mounting bracket assembling hole with a pin and simplifying the assembling process. A fuel tank(20) supported in a mounting bracket(10) is wound by a strap(30), and an upper part and a lower part of the strap are combined with the mounting bracket to fasten the fuel tank in the mounting bracket. A pin is installed in the upper part of the strap, and a head part is inserted and fixed to an assembling hole formed in an upper part of the mounting bracket and expanded radially at an end of the pin to combine the upper part of the strap with the mounting bracket. A link part is formed in the upper part of the strap by bending and welding, and a T-shaped assembling hole is formed in the link part. A fitting end is expanded radially at a rear end of the pin, inserted to a longitudinal hole of the assembling hole and fitted to a lateral hole of the assembling hole to combine the pin with the link part.
