A structure of a sinking panel for preventing declination is provided to transport and install the sinking panel easily by fixing a lower part of a subsidence rod protection pipe to an upper part of the sinking panel with welding, and to measure settlement accurately by minimizing the gradient and lateral displacement of the sinking panel. A sinking panel structure includes a subsidence rod protection pipe(15) surrounding a subsidence rod(13), the subsidence rod sinking by a sinking panel(10), and the sinking panel subsiding according to the settlement of the ground. A reinforcing member(16) is formed in a lower outer periphery of the subsidence rod protection pipe, and the subsidence rod protection pipe is welded into an upper part of the sinking panel. A deformation restricting anchor(14) is fitted to a fixing hole at a corner of the sinking panel, and a fixing bar is combined with the lower part of the subsidence rod. The length of the subsidence rod or the subsidence rod protection pipe protruded on the surface is measured by inserting the deformation restricting anchor to the fixing hole of the sinking panel. |
