#CMT# #/CMT# The support is made from steel cable (1) threaded through holes in trapezoid wood blocks (2) that are joined together by a strip of a textile material or metal foil glued or screwed to the blocks' outer surfaces. The blocks are made from low-grade sawn timber that is dried, cut and drilled, with their trapezoid shape creating a curve when the cable is tensioned, and with the outer strip preventing distortion.
