An apparatus for manufacturing a transformer is provided to facilitate an assembly process of a fixed frame by increasing a coupling property between a coil and a core. A coil is wound around a core. A fixed frame prevents deformation of the coil. A transfer unit(110) forms a transfer line by using plural transfer rollers. A core insertion unit(120) is arranged at one end of the transfer unit and presses an outer surface of the coil, so that the core is inserted into the coil, while the coil is firmly bonded with the core. A frame assembly unit(130) is installed in the middle of the transfer unit. The coil and the core are fixed on the fixed frame. The fixed frame is assembled at a predetermined position, while the outer and upper surfaces of the plate are pressed. A dry device(140) is installed in a rear portion of the transfer unit and dries the coil and the core.
