An ultrasonic hydro-therapy apparatus is provided to prevent an ultrasonic transducer from being overloaded by direct contact between a user's physical portion and an ultrasonic radiating surface. The ultrasonic hydro-therapy apparatus includes an ultrasonic transducer(21) having a piezoelectric sensor which generates ultrasonic wave of desired frequency and an ultrasonic radiating surface(23) which amplifies amplitude of the frequency, a water reservoir(25) receiving bathing water and equipped with the ultrasonic transducer on an inner wall surface(28), and a drive circuit(30) for supplying electric signal to the ultrasonic transducer. A recessed portion(27) is formed on the inner wall surface of the water reservoir, and has an area of the inner lower surface larger than that of the ultrasonic radiating surface. The ultrasonic transducer is attached on the inner lower surface of the recessed portion.
