A sealing gasket body for a subterranean structure is provided to prevent a subterranean power distribution line from being damaged in a connection portion by arranging fastening units at both ends of the gasket body. A sealing gasket body is arranged on a manhole and includes a connecting unit(10), a pair of closure plates(20), and a fastening unit(30). The connecting unit is inserted into a tube connecting unit formed on a wall of the manhole. A holding groove is formed by a predetermined distance from an inlet hole on an inner circumference of the gasket body. A subterranean power distribution line is inserted into the gasket body through the connecting unit. A coupling hole is formed at a center of the closure plates. Coupling bumps having bolt holes are protruded in a diagonal direction. The closure plates are fixed at left and right sides of the tube connecting unit formed on the wall of the manhole. The fastening unit is formed to be divided into four directions. Insertion portions formed in the fastening unit are inserted into both ends of the connecting unit. A holding step portion at one end of the insertion portion is inserted into the holding groove at an inlet side of the connecting unit. A fastening bolt is screw-coupled with the coupling bump and coupled with a net. The fastening unit adjusts a diameter of the connecting unit according to a diameter of a tube connecting hole and a diameter of the subterranean power distribution line.
