A method and an equipment for manufacturing an inclined corrugated steel pipe are provided to allow corrugated steel pipes to be easily connected to each other by increasing or decreasing diameter of rollers for rolling the steel pipe in a circular shape, thereby increasing diameter of one side of the corrugated steel pipe and decreasing diameter of the other side of the corrugated steel pipe. An equipment for manufacturing an inclined corrugated steel pipe comprises a corrugated steel sheet supply part for supplying a corrugated steel sheet, a connecting part for receiving the corrugated steel sheets to compress and fix a portion between the corrugated steel sheets, a diameter-adjusting device(1) for rolling the corrugated steel sheet in a circular shape, a transfer support for transferring the corrugated steel sheet, and a transferring and cutting part for cutting the corrugated steel sheet, wherein a rotary plate(5) rotated by a motor(3) and a reduction gear(4) is installed at one side of a wire(2) installed at the diameter-adjusting device, a compression roller(6) is installed at one side of the rotary plate, and the compression roller is contacted with the wire such that the compression roller can push the wire.
