A luminescence emitting diode is provided to prevent a fade-out by preventing oxidation and deterioration of an organic luminescence emitting diode due to diffused moisture or impurities. A luminescence emitting diode includes a driving unit, a light emission unit, and a pair of insulation layers(51a,51b). The driving unit is formed on a transparent substrate(42). The light emission unit is formed on the transparent substrate(42) to be adjacent to the driving unit. And, the pair of insulation layers(51a,51b) are formed to separate the driving unit and the light emission unit. |
