A temperature control device of a mold is provided to improve productivity by forming a supplying filter on a supply pipe so as to remove foreign substances from circulation water. In a temperature control device(100) of a mold, a circulation water supply unit(110) supplies circulation water. A steam supplying unit(120) generates steam of high pressure and temperature by heating the circulation water supplied from the circulation water supply unit to supply the generated steam. A supply control unit(130) supplies the steam and cooling water to a mold(1) with controlling the supply of the steam from the steam supply unit and the cooling water from a cooling supply pipe(133). A recovery unit(140) recovers the steam and the cooling water supplied from the supply control unit. The circulation water supply unit includes a supply pipe(111), a circulation tank provided with a drain unit(114), and a water supply pump(116) provided with a circulation check valve(117) to prevent a reverse flow.
