<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and COP by using the water of intermediate temperature with priority and inhibiting outflow of contamination in a boiling-up operation break time. <P>SOLUTION: When a boiling-up operation break period is set by boiling-up operation break setting operating portions 138, 139, a first combination valve 120 is kept in a water-side full open state, mixing control thereafter is inhibited, and the control inhibition state of the first combination valve 120 is released to recover a normal operation, when the completion of full boiling-up operation is confirmed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
