<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional filter in which a titanium oxide particle is stably and easily stuck and activity of the titanium oxide particle is utilized as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The functional filter is obtained by applying titanium oxide and calcium phosphates to felt containing a bamboo rayon fiber. The bamboo rayon fiber is manufactured by using bamboo as a raw material and a viscose method. It is preferable that the titanium oxide to be used is anatase-type crystal and the calcium phosphate to be used is a hydroxide of apatite.
