<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio device which outputs audio signals through multichannels and can extend listening points where sounds of these multichannels are balanced. <P>SOLUTION: The audio device 1 which outputs audio signals through multichannels l, c, r, sl, and sr includes a signal processing part 4 which separates sounds of at least two specific channels out of the multichannels into a plurality of systems (channel sl1 to sl3 and sr1 to sr3) in association with listening points different by specific channels and controls at least one of an output level and output timing of each separated audio signal; and a processing control part 71 which sets at least one of a level control value and a delay control value of each separated audio signal to the signal processing part 4 so that respective sounds of systems sharing a listening point in each specific channel achieve prescribed sound image localization at the corresponding listening point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
