<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a terminal to certainly hear voice from a group established with high priority, even if the terminal receives broadcast communication with voice from a plurality of groups simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal comprises a setting means and a control means. The setting means associates 1 or a plurality of groups, to which the own terminal belongs, with a priority for the group, and establishes the association.
