PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted TV receiver for making predictive determination of transition in the received field strength, according to the scene displayed on a monitor when the field intensity is changed. SOLUTION: The vehicle-mounted TV receiver 10 receives a TV broadcast signal, and the video image signal is displayed as an image on a display 15. For the TV broadcast signal, the TV receiver includes a field strength detecting circuit 16 for detecting the received field strength, and a CPU 17 for gradually changing the scene on the display according to the received field strength, when the received field strength is smaller than a previously specified first field strength threshold.
