PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting sheet that can be made thin and lightweight, while having ample reflection/luminance characteristics. SOLUTION: The reflecting sheet comprises a thermoplastic resin in a laminar and porous structure, and is such that the porosity of the sheet ranges 30 to 95%; the reflectance at 550 nm wavelength ranges from 60 to 120%; the specific gravity is 1.0 or lower; and in a scattered light profile of the sheet measured by a goniophotometer, the scattered light intensity at 30°exit angle ranges from 15 to 50% of the scattered light intensity at 0°exit angle, and the scattered light intensity at 60°exit angle ranges from 8 to 25%.
