PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesiveness-improving agent for vinyl chloride-based resins for obtaining a molded product remarkably increasing effect for preventing adhesiveness of the vinyl chloride-based resin to high-temperature metal surface, enabling long-term stable molding and processing and excellent in a surface property, and a vinyl chloride-based resin composition containing the improving agent. SOLUTION: The adhesiveness-improving agent for vinyl chloride-based resins is obtained by coating 100 pts.wt. of (A-1) polymer particles having≤50°C glass transition temperature and 50-500μm volume average particle diameter with 0.5-30 pts.wt. of (A-2) polymer particles having 0.01-0.5μm volume average diameter. The polymer particles (A-1) is obtained by polymerizing (a) 0.1-10 wt.% alkyl (meth)acrylate having an oxygen atom in addition to an ester bond with (b) 10-99.9 wt.% other alkyl acrylate and (c) 0-89.9 wt.% other vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the components (a) and (b), and has 5,000-300,000 weight-average molecular weight.
