PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the completion of charging and the start of discharging at proper timing as a time lag between a time point when a secondary battery is completed to be charged and a time point when a temperature peak is attained in the battery is considered. SOLUTION: After the charging is completed, it is determined that the temperature falls within a proper temperature range of the start of the discharging according to a predetermined determination start reference as a change in the battery temperature is monitored, a possibility for discharging is displayed from a time when the temperature attains a proper temperature range for the start of the discharging.
