PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural body having different characteristics for every first and second regions and obtained by filling the first and the second regions which have a plurality of holes and whose hole wall members of the holes are different from each other with the same material by one heat treatment. SOLUTION: In the structural body formed on a substrate, having a plurality of cylinder members and matrix members enclosing the side surfaces thereof and having the first and the second regions having a plurality of cylinder members and matrix members, the cylinder members and the matrix members included in the first region and the cylinder members and the matrix members included in the second region are different from each other.
