PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for radiation coincidence counting, and to provide a program and storage medium for radiation coincidence counting, as well as a radiation coincidence counter and nuclear medicine diagnosis apparatus using the same, storage medium. SOLUTION: In this method, coincidence counting of radiation generated from analyte with dosed radiopharmaceutical is made (Step T1). With reference to at Table for coincidence counting patterns created in Step S1-S4, output information of coincidence counted radiation is divided into information on true coincidence counting and information on accidental or scattering coincidence counting (Step T2).
