PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device which immediately displays an X-ray stationary image immediately after the changeover operation from the display of a moving image to the display of stationary image. SOLUTION: The X-ray inspection device is equipped with: an image data forming part 31 for repeatedly forming the image data of a fluoroscopic X-ray image for every frame, based on the image signal photographed by an X-ray detector; a display device 23; a moving image display control part 32 for displaying the newest image data of the fluoroscopic X-ray image as the moving image; a stationary image data forming part 33 for accumulating image data in an image buffer memory 24 and forming stationary image data using the accumulated image data and the newest image data of the fluoroscopic X-ray image; and a display changeover part 34 for changing over the display of the moving image and the display of the stationary image data. In the stationary image data forming part 33, the stationary image data is preliminarily formed every time when the newest image data of the fluoroscopic X-ray image is formed, and the image data used in the formation of the stationary image data of the next time is stored in the image data buffer memory along with the stationary image.
