PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table attitude regulator capable of eliminating chattering in fellow components and backlash thereof, without executing a special high level of working. SOLUTION: A feed screw 13 is screwed in by forming a female screw part 28 on one face of a travel piece 14, a through hole 31 for inserting a female screw member 30 screwed with the feed screw 13, and a fixing means 32 (tapped hole 32a, set screw 32b) are provided on the other face 29. The female screw member 30 is fixed in the through hole 31 under the condition where an attitude change allowing part 15 (partially circular-arc members 45, 45) and a distance change allowing part 16 are pressed preliminarily, by one face of the travel piece 14 and the female screw member 30, so as to eliminate the chattering of the component.
