PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement detector and a load detector of high precision capable of reducing dispersion on performance. SOLUTION: This displacement detector has a magnetic generation part comprising one magnet fixed to either of a reference part or a displacement part displaced relatively with respect to the reference part, for generating magnetism to form a magnetic field, and a pair of soft magnetic substances fixed integrally to respective both magnetic pole sides of the magnet to guide a magnetic flux generated from the magnet, and for forming a magnetic flux between the paired soft magnetic substances, and a magnetic detecting part fixed to the other side out of the reference part and the displacement part to detect a variation of density in the magnetic flux formed by the magnetic generation part in response to a variation of a relative position between the reference part and the displacement part. The displacement detector prevents dust such as iron powder from being deposited on the magnet in an assembling process, and provides high precision because the magnetic flux is guided using the soft magnetic substances, This load detector of high precision in the present invention is attained using the precise displacement detector.
