PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing layer penetrating hardware capable of easily and efficiently carrying out the treatment of a waterproofing layer in the case it is installed in a slab without jetting rain water to the outside even if the rain water blows up from the lower part of a leader and accomplishing efficient execution of work. SOLUTION: The waterproofing layer penetrating hardware 13 used in the case a waste-water course connected to the lower part from the upper part of the slab 10 by penetrating the waterproofing layer 11 is equipped with a circular base member 14 connectable to a leader 39 on the side of the lower part and integrally having a flange section 18 for supporting the waterproofing layer on the circumferential edge section and a circular crowned member 15 connectable to a leader 38 on the side of the upper part and having a flange section 24 for pressure holding an edge section of the waterproofing layer 11 overlapped on the flange section 18 of the base member 14 between the base member and the flange section 18 on the circumferential edge section, the base member 14 and the crowned member 15 are fastened with a bolt 28 and a nut 29, and the edge section of the waterproofing layer 11 is pressurized to both flange sections 18 and 24.
