PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an air dam skirt divided into a first half and a second half capable of facilitating the handling of the air dam skirt and allowing it to be mounted at the bottom edge of a bumper face simply and certainly. SOLUTION: The air dam skirt B is divided into the first half and the second half composed of a connection surface 5 connected with the reverse surface of the bottom edge of a bumper face A, a horizontal surface 7 stretching approximately horizontally from the connection surface 5 toward a vehicle body, and a dangling surface 9 dangling down from the horizontal surface 7. The second half 3 is placed on the other side of the bumper face A and overlaid on the first half 1 in the center in the longitudinal direction of the bumper face A in a state that the first half 1 is installed on one side of the bumper face A, and in the overlaying part 11, the bottom of the dangling surface 9 of the second half 3 is grasped by a grasping part 23 at the bottom of the dangling surface 9 of the first half 1 while an engaging pawl 27 on the horizontal surface 7 of the first half 1 is engaged with a hole 31 at the horizontal surface 7 of the second half 3, and the second half 3 is attached to the other side of the bumper face A.
