A mounting structure of an air-bag control unit is provided to absorb vibration transferred to the air bag control unit from a vehicle body, and to compensate noise transferred from the air bag control unit by indirectly combining the air bag control unit with the vehicle body via a buffering unit and a dynamic damper. A mounting structure of an air bag control unit(20) comprises the air bag control unit; a buffering unit(30) mounted between the air bag control unit and a vehicle body; and a dynamic damper(40) combined with the air bag control unit. The buffering unit is a damper(34) formed with a spring(32) or a rubber material bush. The dynamic damper is composed of an elastic member(42) connected with the air bag control unit, and a dummy mass(44) with a predetermined weight connected with an end of the elastic member.
