A structure for bending and rotating a post is provided to rotate a post safely with simple structure by bending a post from the lower part, to prevent pollution or damage caused by external environment by keeping a hydraulic device in a post not to be exposed to the outside, and to reduce installation expense and to use simply by connecting a hydraulic pump for operating a hydraulic cylinder and supplying power from the outside as occasion demands. The structure for bending and rotating a post comprises a swing plate(17) installed on a main pole(28) and a stiffening plate(27) installed on a main plate(29) of the bottom, a fixed plate(16) inserted through the center of the swing plate by fasteners(51) and a fixing nut(18) and rotated on the swing plate, an arm plate(15) installed on the fixed plate and provided with fixing holes(14) to couple with fixing holes(22) of the upper plate by fixtures, an upper plate(12) coupled with the arm plate to rotate axially and connected with a post(1), a hydraulic cylinder(25) composed of a forward hydraulic connection(24) and a backward hydraulic connection(23) to move a piston(20) forward and backward, a hydraulic pump connected to the forward and backward hydraulic connections and separated as occasion demands, and a cover installed to cover up the outer circumference between the post and the stiffening plate.
