<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly device for a belt type photoreceptor unit by which a belt type photoreceptor is attached without causing a defect such as bending when attaching the belt type photoreceptor to a photoreceptor unit equipped with a roller, the belt type photoreceptor unit and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The assembly device for the belt type photoreceptor unit includes: a base part 11 on which the predetermined part of the assembly device is fixed; a photoreceptor unit holding mechanism 15 holding the photoreceptor unit 1 in a predetermined state; a photoreceptor set box 10 having an openable/closable cover 13 for holding the belt type photoreceptor 8 in shape to be attached to the photoreceptor unit; and a moving mechanism 14 for moving the belt type photoreceptor to a position where the photoreceptor unit is held while holding the belt type photoreceptor in the shape to be attached thereto. A suction means 16, for sucking a part of the belt type photoreceptor and holding the shape of the belt type photoreceptor to be nearly equal to the cross-sectional shape of the photoreceptor unit in an attaching direction and large enough to be attached to the photoreceptor unit, is provided on the inner surface of the cover 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
