<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction device where a temperature difference between a part at which reaction occurs at high temperature and a part at which reaction occurs at low temperature is produced, and heat loss can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A microreactor module 1 comprises: a high temperature reaction part 4 having reformers 506, 510 and a combustor 508; a low temperature reaction part 6 having a carbon monoxide remover 512; a connection tube 8 constructed between the high temperature reaction part 4 and the low temperature reaction part 6; and an external circulation tube 10 connected to the lower face of the low temperature reaction part 6. The high temperature reaction part 4, the low temperature reaction part 6 and the connection tube 8 are stored in an heat-insulation package 200, and the external circulation tube 10 passes through the outside of the heat-insulation package 200. The external circulation tube 10 is provided with flow passages 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, and, among them, the flow passage 14 is used as a vaporizer 502. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
