摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen separation membrane having high oxygen permeation performance and excellent reduction durability. <P>SOLUTION: Oxygen separation membranes 10, 30 have a lamination structure in which second layers 14, 34 consisting of mixed conductors such as La<SB>0.6</SB>Sr<SB>0.4</SB>Ti<SB>0.1</SB>Fe<SB>0.9</SB>O<SB>x</SB>are laminated on first layers 12, 32 consisting of mixed conductors such as La<SB>0.6</SB>Sr<SB>0.4</SB>Ti<SB>0.3</SB>Fe<SB>0.7</SB>O<SB>x</SB>. The oxygen separation membranes 10, 30 are of the composition gradient type in which the second layers 14, 34 having high reduction inflation ratio and high oxygen permeation performance are laminated on the first layers 12, 32 having low reduction inflation ratio and low oxygen permeation performance. Thus, as described above, when the first layers 12, 32 are arranged on the reduction side, the second layers 14, 34 are protected from the reducing atmosphere, and the reducing durability of the entire oxygen separation membrane can be sufficiently enhanced, accordingly. Further, the first layers 12, 32 are sufficiently thin, and high oxygen permeation performance of the entire oxygen separation membrane can be obtained even when the oxygen permeation performance of the mixed conductors is low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
