<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte film and its manufacturing method capable of realizing full proton conductivity, even under high-temperature and low-humidity conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a complex electrolyte film produces a complex electrolyte film containing an inorganic substance gel, by adding an inorganic substance precursor-containing solution made by containing at least one kind of an inorganic substance precursor selected from among a group, consisting of metal alkoxide of a given density, a silane compound, and water glass, to an electrolyte-containing solution made by dissolving an electrolyte in a high boiling-point solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
