<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional container wherein soft plastic waste cannot be easily stored in a dense state and working is difficult to be performed since the waste is expanded when both ear parts of a collecting bag are bound to each other. <P>SOLUTION: A one-way passing check function is provided to a cover of a storing container. The cover is pulled to the storing container by a clamp. A U-shaped, L hook-shaped, or a vertically straight slit is formed in both side faces of the storing container facing each other.
