<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane removing method to make a regenerative glass substrate by efficiently removing a membrane made of a metal and/or a resin material formed on the glass substrate in multiple layers without taking a plurality of complicated steps without using a strong acid and strong an alkaline solvent. <P>SOLUTION: This removing method of the membrane on the surface of the substrate removes the membrane formed on the surface of the substrate by physically grinding the surface of the substrate on which the membrane is formed by a grinding agent in removing the membrane made of a plurality of the layers accumulated and formed on the surface of the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
