<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment in which the position of a slot and the kind of a small-sized memory card inserted into the slot are quite obvious to a user. <P>SOLUTION: The surface 69 of a slot 61 swells toward the front face side of a multi-functional apparatus 10. An emblem indicating the kind of the small-sized memory card inserted into the slot 61 is put on the upper side of the surface 69. The surface 69 is formed into a curved surface. The slot 61 is formed between an operation panel 45 and an opening 42 of an original mount part 13.
