<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee protective bag integrated airbag device for a front passenger seat capable of spectacularly improving a protective function of an occupant sitting on a front passenger seat. <P>SOLUTION: In the periphery of a common inflator 26, a diffuser 28 with a first straightening opening 34 for introducing the gas jetted from the inflator 26 into a head/chest protective bag 16, and a second straightening opening 36 for introducing the gas into a knee protective bag 20, is provided. A gas discharge hole 32 of the inflator 26 is formed on one end in an axial direction. The second straightening opening 36 is disposed close to the gas discharge hole 32, and the first straightening opening 34 is disposed on a position distant from the gas discharge hole 32.
