DEHUMIDIFYING AIR-CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying air-conditioner for well performing continuous operation while saving energy.

SOLUTION: The dehumidifying air-conditioner comprises a dehumidifying unit 20 for dehumidifying outside air introduced with moisture adsorbed by a moisture adsorbing element and supplying the dehumidified air into an object room 1 when performing cooling operation, and a regenerating unit 30 using a regenerating heater 33 for heating the introduced outside air and utilizing the heated outside air for releasing the moisture from the moisture dehumidifying element when performing cooling operation. The regenerating unit 30 utilizes exhaust heat from freezing/refrigerating equipment 40 arranged in the object room 1 for auxiliarily heating the introduced outside air and uses the regenerating heater 33 for heating the auxiliarily heated outside air.
