<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information useful for efficiently acquiring a user. <P>SOLUTION: In a step S7a, a vehicle dispatch management device 2 accesses an event information DB 22 to monitor arrival of end time of an event in a business area. When a predetermined time before the event end time is determined in a step S7b, a process proceeds to a step S7c for predicting a vehicle dispatch demand based on event information. In a step S7d, the predicted vehicle dispatch demand information is transmitted to a mobile station device 3.
