<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resolution of coordinate computation by reducing a difference between the maximum light quantity and minimum quantity of a detected signal waveform. <P>SOLUTION: Light is made incident to a retroreflection material corner short side part, to which an incident angle is small, by putting down a retroreflection material corner long side by one stage to raise a retroreflection light quantity of a minimum. A broad technical idea is that a structure is seen only from either an L or R sensor but not seen from the other due to a shade for each reteroreflection surface on the base side and for each notched front and back slopes, and a long-side left and right independence effect possibility (except a center part) is high. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
