PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw joint for an oil well pipe which exerts sufficient leakage resistance and seizure resistance even under non dope in addition to green dope. SOLUTION: The screw joint for steel pipe is composed of a pin 1 and a box 2 respectively contains contact surfaces having screw parts (1a, 2a) and metal contact parts (1b, 2b) without a screw. Sn-Bi alloy plating or Cu-Sn-Bi alloy plating is formed on at least one contact surface of the pin 1 and box 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
